Help AvailabilityMaking your child complete homework is one thing, but making yourself available for help is another. .Let your son or daughter know that you are available if and when help is needed on an assignment. Whether that help be worksheet problem related, or idea brainstorming, your willingness to get involved shows your child just how important school really is.
Communicate with Teachers.Sometimes helping your child get better grades is as simple as contacting hisher teacher. If your child knows you are keeping tabs on schoolwork, heshe will be more likely to succeed. Email teachers to make sure your child is completing all assignments. If there is a problem with grades, the teacher may have some solutions your family can try.
1) Fun spelling reproducibles use whimsical art themes. Bring on the juggling clowns, leaping frogs, dazzling princes and princesses, and you'll be off to a great start. Spelling worksheets for first graders and second graders are fun when they look fun. It's not necessary to print out expensive worksheets in full-color. Black-and-white pages work just fine when there is some appealing art. First and second graders can always add their own color!
